Jeremy Brown

In June 2022, Jeremy was diagnosed with Stage IVA Colorectal Cancer that had metastasized to his liver. After careful consideration, he sought treatment at MD Anderson, where his case was accepted. In July 2022, Jeremy underwent a colostomy procedure to prepare for chemotherapy, which he began at Clearview Cancer Center in September. Over the course of several months, his tumors began to shrink.

By January 2023, Jeremy had surgery to remove three of the four tumors from his liver, and by March, the fourth tumor was successfully ablated. Since then, his liver has remained free of disease. However, during a scheduled surgery in May 2023 to remove the primary tumor, doctors discovered small tumors had spread to his lungs.

Jeremy is now undergoing chemotherapy to stabilize his condition. Despite facing setbacks like blood clots, infections, and viruses, his resilience has been unwavering. Known for his determination, he continues to fight, holding out hope for new treatments and a cure.

As a single father to his son Jayden, Jeremy remains dedicated to his work as a behavioral therapist, continuing to serve his clients while undergoing treatment.

He is deeply grateful to his friends, loved ones, and the medical teams at both organizations for their support. He also extends his thanks to the various organizations that have helped ensure he receives the best possible care.
